In order to prevent misunderstandings: on this homepage we present some selected apartments in order to serve our visitors and guests. If wanted, we also will mediate between owners and customers. The most of the offered apartments include living room with kitchenette, bathroom and one or two bedrooms. The equipment usually includes kitchen utensils and devices, bedclothes, towels etc.; some apartments are quipped with air condition and / or heating. Luxurious Apartment in Nea Peramos

Luxurious apartment of approx. 65 sqm on the ground floor of a new building, located in a quiet neighborhood only 300 m from the central beach of Nea Peramos, including living room, kitchenette, dinette, separate bedroom and bathroom.

The fully furnished apartment is equipped with central heating and includes a living room (upholstery, SAT-TV, DVD player) with kitchenette (cooker, oven, freezer, refrigerator) and dinette, a separate bedroom with one double bed and a modern bathroom (WC, shower, washing machine). Also there are all needed devices and household commodities as coffee maker, electric iron, crockery, kitchen utensils, bedclothes, towels etc.

Though the high standard of the apartment we are able to offer best conditions by letting it directly from the owner and without any commission. The exterior includes two terraces, one towards the street and one at the inner side of the plot (garden furniture are not shown but will be included).

Rates & conditions:

The following leasing prices include all additional charges (electricity and water consumption, bedclothes, towels, final cleaning etc.), valid for minimum stay of 7 days and occupation by up to 2 persons.
