Mediation
The mediation between owners / lessees of apartments and prospects as well as proceeding of reservations take place at the behest and for the account of the respective owner / lessee. Consequently the legal partner is always the respective owner / lessee and never the tavern O Germanos.

Reservation
Binding reservations are accepted after receiving a deposit of 30% of the grand total corresponding to the number of planned overnight stays.
According to the special agreements made with the owners / lessees, in the position of trustee the tavern O Germanos preserves the customers' deposits until the agreed arriving day.

Canceling
Although the owners / lessees usually will try to limit the customer's damage by canceling or not using a booked apartment, generally there is no right to demand any repayment of deposit.

Privacy
All submitted data and information will be used only for the purposes of serving prospects and customers. Optionally submitted personal data will be used only for the specified purpose they was given for.
